Providing Home Care for Aged and Disabled Individuals
CMA Healthcare works with The Department of Elder Affairs and The Agency for Persons with Disabilities to provide In-Home Care for people that are aged and disabled adults and individuals with developmental disabilities. CMA Healthcare is a provider with Sunshine State Health Plan, Humana and Simply Healthcare for Broward County providing services to individuals enrolled in the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) Long-term Care (LTC) program. CMA provides critical In-Home Care for each individual to reach their full potential by providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living. We support individuals with many conditions including Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia, Cognitive Impairment, Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Functional Decline, Chronic Physical Illness, Parkinson's Disease, Mental Retardation, Autism & Cerebral Palsy.
